Hi Val! Sounds like life is good at the moment, you certainly seem more positive. That's a very colourful veg box! We are getting ours from the local farm now, so much cheaper and so much fresher! There's nothing quite like a bowl of hot vegetable soup for a cold winters lunch!
ReplyDeleteI love the lunar fertility chart, whether it works or not I don't know. I will say though that I used a chart from fortune baby.com to work out when I would have a girl. After three boys I really wanted another little girl, and I wanted to give it my best shot. It worked for me. And looking back at the previous years, it was correct for the others too, though I don't know how it works, lol! I also had acupuncture when I struggled to conceive with Josh, again, a lot of people swear by that, indeed, my acupuncturist was mostly taken up with fertility cases, and had walls papered with thank you cards and baby pics.
Hope the rest of the week is good to you,
Much love, Liz x
Hi Liz, I will look at that link, it cant hurt can it lol. How many acupuncture sessions did you have?

I had been having it monthly before and went to fortnightly for fertility. I think it took two cycles, maybe three. It works on building you up constitutionally as it were, and boosting your natural fertility. She was able to tweak my cycles too, shortening their length, which was part of the problem. I found that I was at my healthiest when I was having acupuncture, and I hope to resume my sessions again after I have recovered from Christmas, lol!
ReplyDeleteIts worth at least looking into, search the web, look for acupuncturists specialising in fertility and women's health. I did carry on for the first three months of pregnancy too, as I have had several early miscarriages and was worried about the early stages.
I hope this helps xx
